In accordance with article 10 of Spanish Act 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), the owner of this website is:

“Kairós Orchestra” is the artistic name under which the owner carries out his musical activity.

2. Terms of use

Access to this website is free of charge and requires no registration. By browsing it, you agree to use it lawfully and not to carry out actions that could harm its operation.

The owner is not responsible for the content of external pages reached through links on this site, such as Instagram or YouTube.

3. Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, videos, logo and other graphic elements on this website are protected by intellectual and industrial property law and belong to the owner or to their authors, who have authorised their use.

Reproduction, distribution or public communication without prior written permission is not allowed. To request the use of any material, write to info@kairosorchestra.com.

The logos of Diputación Provincial de Málaga and La Térmica belong to their respective owners and appear as collaborating institutions.

4. Privacy policy

What data we process. This website has no forms or sign-up system, so it does not collect personal data automatically. We only process the data you send us voluntarily by email: your name, your email address and the content of your message.

Purpose. To answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to manage the professional or artistic relationship arising from it.

Legal basis. Your consent when sending the message and our legitimate interest in replying to the communications we receive (articles 6.1.a and 6.1.f GDPR).

Retention. For as long as needed to reply and, afterwards, for any applicable legal periods. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.

Recipients. We do not share your data with third parties, except where legally required. To operate, the website relies on the following providers:

5. Cookies

This website uses no cookies of its own for analytics, advertising or tracking, and does not build profiles of its visitors.

It does use your browser's local storage to remember the language you choose. This is a technical function, strictly necessary to provide the service you request; it does not identify anyone and is not shared with third parties.

Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and load nothing until you press Play. From that point on, YouTube may set its own cookies in your browser, subject to Google's privacy policy. You can block or delete them in your browser settings.

The website's fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading them sends no data to third parties.
